Nutritional deficiencies need to be addressed by a healthy diet that provides you of all the essential nutrients and maintain a good level of vitamin B-12. Other advice include moving slowly when getting up or changing a position (from prone to standing), and eating small low-carb meals to avoid a drop of blood pressure after eating.
